'Visceral mast cell tumour in a dog'
HISTORY
A 12-year old female neutered GSD was presented with a four-week history
of vomiting, decreased appetite, weight loss and diarrhoea. Occasional coughing
was reported along with intermittent brown watery nasal discharge (bilateral).
More recently haematemesis and melaena were reported. Three weeks prior
to referral, a cutaneous lump was removed from the tail; histopathology
was consistent with a haemagioma. |
