for our clients. Our price list shows an extensive range of
biochemistry, cytology, endocrinology and bacteriology all performed in
house. In addition we are pleased to offer the full range of Heska
Allergy Diagnostics, Topscreen Allercept and Immucept.
The price list is produced in various electronic formats
along with a guide to clinical pathology, endocrine fact sheets and submission
forms. In addition there are client allergy brochures, haematology images
and much other information.

SAMPLES |
Local courier services are available for practices in the
South Devon area and for London practices served by our laboratory
in Central London. Other courier services can be arranged. Alternatively
we supply pre-paid Post Office guaranteed next day delivery bags,
all part of a package designed to suit your practice. Please call
to discuss your needs.
Samples in our pre-paid first class post boxes are handled
efficiently by the postal service.
We provide business reply paid boxes, free of charge for
use in our service. A start-up pack is provided for all new clients.
Established clients should use our Supplies List to order your monthly
requirements. A new form will be sent with your order. Our packaging conforms
to the current packaging instruction 650 guidelines. |
| REPORTS |
| Please let us know how you would like reports delivered; E-mail
and fax are routine. If you have several branch surgeries and different
fax numbers please indicate your preferred line for receiving results.
Our reports state the name of the submitting Veterinary Surgeon and patient
details for ease of identification. Reference ranges are provided in each
report. "Hard copies" of reports can be sent to follow faxes
by prior arrangement. Printed copies of reports already faxed are
usually collated and sent out once weekly. |
VETERINARY ADVICE

| Routine sample handling and service enquiries are answered
by the Technical Staff while Veterinary Surgeons requiring specialist
advice are transferred immediately to a Veterinary Clinical Pathologist.
In the event that the relevant staff are busy when you phone, messages will
be returned at the earliest opportunity. |
| PROFILE INTERPRETATION |
Investigative profiles include a full clinical pathologist's
report (when a history has been provided) with unlimited telephone
advice for no extra charge.
Low-cost screening profiles are returned without comment.
Our veterinary clinical pathology team will be delighted to provide
telephone consultations for these screening profiles, for which a
charge will be added to your monthly invoice for each report.. |
| QUALITY ASSURANCE |
Our quality team, using both internal quality control and
external quality assessment, constantly appraises laboratory data.
External quality assessment i.e. our laboratory's performance
compared with other diagnostic laboratories on the same samples, is
applied rigorously.
We participate in eight separate International Veterinary
External Quality Assurance Schemes covering all aspects of our Laboratory
Services. |

ISO 9001:2000 (The Standard for Quality Assurance) and
as such we are totally committed to your requirements. |
| DISCOUNTS |
A discretionary discount of 15% is given for tests run
on samples from pets belonging to veterinary practice staff. Discretionary
free of charge diagnostic services are available for pets belonging
to our veterinary clients. If samples from 6 or more animals are submitted
simultaneously for the same test, a 10% discount applies.
Please ask for quotes on volume charity work.
Couriers, practice discounts of up to 20% and VIP membership
are available but based on volume of business. A package can be tailored
to your individual practice.

| We believe we offer a very specialised approach to individual
needs by avoiding a course set in stone and responding
to individual requirements at a particular time. One to one training
with our highly qualified and experienced Heads of Department facilitates
confidence building and very quickly establishes areas in need of
attention. Please ring us for more information. |
| TERMS & CONDITIONS |
| Discount is available on all tests in the price list with
the exception of Allercept testing. Our terms of trading are 30 days
post invoice. Invoices are produced every 7-14 days and currently
the charge (exclusive of VAT and discount) is included on every report. |
