  INTRODUCTION

Axiom Veterinary Laboratories is a unique provider of diagnostic support to veterinary surgeons, combining efficient service with a very highly qualified team of 11 Clinical Pathology specialists.
Our principle aim is to provide a modern and constantly evolving clinical pathology service to meet all the diagnostic needs of the practising veterinary surgeon. Supporting this service are specialists in diagnostic interpretation who provide informed and experienced opinions on every aspect of veterinary diagnostic investigation.
This Laboratory Guide accompanies our Price List and is designed as a reference to assist with the selection of appropriate samples, tests and procedures. This latest edition has been extensively revised and includes sampling techniques for haematology and cytology, and detailed descriptions of test protocols for endocrine investigations. There is a limited discussion of the interpretation of haematological and biochemical profile data, a section on serological developments and a table of reference ranges for different species.
This is not an exhaustive guide to the subject and our diagnostic services are constantly expanding, so please telephone for help or advice on any area not covered in the guide. Our Clinical Pathologists are at your service to provide rapid results and advice of peerless quality, so for support, advice or interpretation please contact us.

Yours sincerely,

Peter Webb BVM&S MRCVS.
[Managing Director]
