The original company, Bloxham Laboratories Ltd., was founded
by Dr. Peter Bloxham in 1980 and was soon regarded as "The Complete
One Stop Quality Clinical Pathology Service Offering the Practitioner the
Best and Most Recent Innovations in Clinical Pathology". In 1997
it was purchased by Heska™ an American Corporation, but in 1999 a change
in their corporate strategy enabled the Laboratory to revert back into private
ownership.
The new company was named Axiom Veterinary Laboratories Ltd., (Axiom
- is a maxim meaning self evident, truthful and established in principle).
Our aim is to provide advice on cases based on laboratory results that are
both accurate and true. That may be self evident, but these are the principles
