Anne has a wealth of experience in veterinary nursing, practice administration, customer care and training. She is in charge of the whole administrative support group, primarily focusing on customer care. She fully understands the pressures and challenges of the busy veterinary business and is sensitive to the needs of our clients. Anne liases regularly with practices in order to receive feedback about our service provision and is keen to encourage clients to phone her if they have any concerns about the services we offer.
